Take time without learning something new, internalize what you already know, give your body some rest, and engage with the focused work that we never get enough of. Take the time to polish the movements to a level of mastery. This way you will learn the advanced movements much faster.

*we accumulated a decent amount of movements at this point, some of them are easier than others for you, invest more effort in those that are difficult for you, but keep practicing all of them.
