Take time without learning something new, internalize what you already know, give your body some rest, and engage with the focused work that we never get enough of. Take the time to polish the movements to a level of mastery. This way you will learn the advanced movements much faster.

This Level was pretty intense, internally, and externally. Take the time to get back to yourself. Forget everything, take a real break, let your subconscious integrate everything you have learned. Approach the next week fully recharged, an incredibly surprising level is ahead of you!
