Step No.4

How to reduce pain using movement?

The Path Of The Least Resistance

I will tell you a secret if you pay attention to the details of the movements and implement them, you are already doing that.

By positioning the body in the most efficient way you reduce the compensations that happen as a result of incorrect postures.

compensation is the result of using force [ muscles ] instead of the proper arrangement of the bones.

The simplest example is the difference between standing straight or bending forward. When the body is vertical to the ground, you use the bone structure to carry most of the weight.

becoming sensitive to the path of the least resistance is feeling exactly where you are compensating with force.

PRACTICE

Internalization Phase

Note:

*we accumulated a decent amount of movements at this point, some of them are easier than others for you, invest more effort in those that are difficult for you, but keep practicing all of them.

** come back to the videos too and see the nuances you might missed at the first time you learned the movement.
