Step No.1
The Quickest Student
So now when we are much more sensitive to what we do, we can actually pay attention to how we respond to the feedback we get, if the roles feel like we are a square rather than a ball it means that the arrangement of our body is not efficient enough for the continuity of motion and creation of momentum. If you receive hits from the floor constantly, you are making the same mistakes over again. Being the best student means being the most sensitive to the feedback you get, solve the problem and implement the solution to be a part of you [ 4 stages of learning ]
With practice, each repetition will count much more, because you're extracting the “problems” and fixing them quickly.
So:’ practice is the mother of learning, and efficient practice is the mother of success.”
