Communicate With Planet Earth
Increase the speed of the movements that you’ve internalized and, that you have arrived to the 4th level of the learning stage with [go to the 4 stages of learning at the beginning of the program] after you’ve tried to do the movements faster pay attention, if you receive hits from the floor, you are not arranging your body correctly during the movement.

After these few days of movement, you have probably noticed that some functions are easier than the others, some muscles might be tighter than the others, or maybe your strength is overlapping your flexibility, the “focused work” is aiming to create a balance between flexibility, strength, coordination, and equilibrium.
The underlying idea is to have all systems in the body in this unique place in which nothing is holding you back from learning at high speed.
Due to the fact that our previous experiences have shaped our bodies, we are all different. Therefore, you have to identify for yourself what is holding you back:
Is it strength?
Flexibility?
Equilibrium?
After identifying it, invest extra time in your weaknesses, if it’s flexibility do extra sets on the muscles that need it.
