Step No.3

Instant implementation:

After working with hundreds of people few trades became really obvious, one of the most important principles is instant implementation

Try to implement as quickly as possible what was said or demonstrated, and make it part of you. in your mind, it should be like you've always been doing this. Be “coachable” instead of doubting - apply.

The spectrum of movement

If we try to summarize all movement functions, all we do is transition between these poses:

  1. laying

  2. sitting

  3. standing

  4. jumping

  5. inverting

  6. hanging

In other words, transferring the 3 main body masses through different levels, by using the “supports” [ the limbs ]. We are developing ways to arrange the body in multi-level dynamics.

The frog structure

What are healthy and efficient ways to transition between these levels?

The dynamic stretching routine is the gathering of most of the possibilities available to arrange the human body in the transition of standing up to laying down.

The most effective placement of the limbs:

Or “the position of strength”. If you pay attention I'm always bringing the elbows to the hips and the knees to the chest when transitioning between levels. The reason is that when the limbs are close to the main body masses they are positioned most effectively. The closer the LIMBS THE MORE FUNCTIONAL THEY ARE.
