I’ve been there as well

A moment before, I want to share with you that I also didn’t know at the beginning what’s good for my body. I applied all sorts of practices, I’ve been in the gym and train to the point that I barely could scratch my back, I did yoga to the point that it decreased my strength and explosiveness due to excessive stretching and I did martial arts and broke my nose.

And I’m not saying that those practices are bad necessarily, but sometimes, what’s good for the practice is not always good for your body.

And then it happened, I realized, that fitness is the health and the functionality of my body and my ability to maintain that for the long term.

I want to be able to move with freedom, 10 years, 20 years from now, and this is why I decided to put health and functionality above achievements. I took from every practice everything that supports this philosophy and created the Basic Package to enable anybody to access this knowledge.
